The Photo Gallery on FallinPA.com is an online feature that
allows FallinPA visitors to share their best fall photographs
of Pennsylvania. It is not a contest. It's simply a chance
to share some of your favorite places and good times with
others who have an interest in Pennsylvania. Okay, some of
us have more than just an interest. We love it here and hope
you do, too.
We invite you to share your photo with us -- whether it's
one for the family photo album or the art gallery. We can't
wait to see it. The Pennsylvania Department of Community and
Economic Development and its agency will select and post photographs
at their own discretion. Understand that we cannot post all
photographs that are submitted but we will review every image
that is submitted.
If we post your photo, you can view it in the Photo Gallery
section of FallinPA.com for an indefinite period of time.
If your photograph is used we cannot offer an award, cash
or any other type of prize. You will receive the enjoyment
of viewing it online along with other submissions from people
around the globe who, like you, have enjoyed their time in
Pennsylvania.
If people appear in your photo, you, as the photographer,
must have sufficient permission of any recognizable model
or other persons appearing in the photograph to be able to
submit the photograph to the Photo Gallery and to be able
to release the publishing rights of the photograph.
Please understand that by submitting your photograph, you
will release publishing rights of the image to the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania. The Commonwealth claims all rights to the
usage of your photograph on printed and digital material.
